Every year we tend to make the same resolutions, but why not make this the year you actually make a change in your life? 1. Get your Zzzs
Sleep is critical to healthy looking skin and maintaining your weight. In addition to those lovely dark circles lack of sleep causes, research shows that it also accelerates the skin’s aging process, from increasing the appearance of wrinkles to hindering the dermis’ ability to repair UV damage.
2. Dry Brush
This technique boosts circulation and exfoliates dead skin cells to reveal a healthy, youthful glow. It also stimulates the lymphatic system, which helps flush the toxins from our body. For best results, use my Sisal louffas imported from Germany.
3. Facercise Daily
Do your facial exercises twice a day to help lift and firm sagging skin, reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and to boost circulation so that your skin glows.
4. Use Retinol

5. Remove Your Makeup
