Fat is Back 500 332 Facercise

Fat is Back

facial exercisesFor me, fats never left the plate. I believe that omega-3 fatty acids are fundamental to looking and feeling young. Avocados, eggs and salmon have done wonders for my skin over the years—I swear by them. Foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids fill you up longer, promote that youthful glow, improve cardiovascular health, reduce inflammation and stimulate collagen and elastin production. I truly believe that a healthy diet is the perfect complement to a daily regimen of facial exercises.

Remember all the low-fat diets of the ‘90s? Foods were labeled “low-fat” and filled with sugar and other unhealthy components to make up for the lack of taste. The result was a population in the United States that was fatter than ever.

Over the last few years, many renowned doctors and publications finally backed up the theory of the importance of healthy fats in our diets. The New York Times posited: “Butter is Back. Julia Child, goddess of fat, is beaming somewhere.” Time Magazine featured butter on its cover with the headline “Eat Butter. Scientists labeled fat the enemy. Why they were wrong.” In March 2014, the Annals of Internal Medicine featured an article that reported a pretty groundbreaking fact: eating less saturated fat doesn’t lower the risk of heart disease.

So the fact is, fats aren’t that bad for us—at all. While it’s important to practice moderation with everything we consume, fatty acids are an essential part of a healthy diet. Try to eat whole foods as opposed to processed foods as much as possible, and keep the refined carbs to a minimum (I don’t touch carbs after 5 pm). Enjoy that croissant every once in a while, absolutely eat the egg yolk, indulge with cream in your coffee and consume delicious salmon, tuna and other seafood that’s rich in healthy fats on a regular basis.

When you eat less processed foods and refined carbs, and more whole foods and omega-3 fatty acids, you’ll see a different in both your skin and your waistline.

This proprietary body sculpting technique is safe, non-invasive and extremely effective—you’ll be addicted once you get a taste of the incredible results.

This revolutionary knuckle type treatment was developed by Carole Maggio decades ago—and she has since transformed the lives of thousands of women across the globe. No Lipo Lipo uses strong, upward sweeping motions to reverse gravity, tighten skin and break down fatty tissue. The treatment even breaks down unsightly cellulite in the connective tissue. The results from this non-invasive treatment are unparalleled.

After years of performing this technique in-spa, where clients lose an average of 15 inches, Carole decided to create the No Lipo Lipo DVD so that clients could perform this treatment on themselves in the comfort of their own homes. The instructions on the DVD are easy to follow—most users get the hang of it after watching it only one or two times.

No Lipo Lipo boosts circulation and stimulates the lymphatic system, which flushes the toxins from our bodies. This results in the toning and sculpting effects, as well as an improvement in skin tone and color. Some clients lose weight and a reduction in the appearance of cellulite, and all experience more definition. Our clients rave that their clothes fit better and their problem areas decrease in size. In addition to the improvement in appearance, your body image and self-confidence will improve.
