Get Fresh & Glowing for Summer

facial exercisesSummer weather is in effect and there’s no better time to flaunt beautiful skin and a healthy glow. Yet many dread this time of year and the damage it can do. The heat dries out your skin, the sun’s UV rays cause burns and redness, and breakouts can emerge in full force. The good news is, if you do facial exercises and practice good habits, your skin will look better than ever.
Follow these steps and soon you’ll be showing off younger looking skin and a gorgeous summer glow.

Exfoliate

Dry dead skin cells translate to clogged pores and the appearance of dull skin. Buff away those cells regularly to avoid breakouts and diffuse light so your skin looks brighter. Use a gentle yet effective mask such as Face Lift to Go every week to target your face. Face Lift to Go is on sale this week for just $65 (normally $95), so if you haven’t tried this luxurious mask, now is the time! Use the Beauty Face Mitt and Bamboo Mitt to detoxify the skin on your face. Click here for step-by-step instructions.

Moisturize

Keep your skin hydrated by incorporating a rich moisturizer into your routine. Combat dryness with products that contain potent hydrator like hyaluronic acid. It’s a naturally occurring substance in the body that keeps joints lubricated and boosts collagen production. Regular use of a topical cream that contains hyaluronic acid maintains moisture and improves skin texture.

You can’t go wrong with our Ultra Hyaluronic Cream—it contains ingredients that have been shown to increase skin moisture by 300%. It’s the fountain of youth in a jar and is on sale for just $39.95 this week (Normally $50).

Exercise

An easy way to get your glow on is to work out regularly. It boosts circulation to give you a rosy glow and helps eliminate toxins from the body. Regular exercise also boosts your energy levels and your mood.

Facercise

Just like working out boosts circulation overall, facial exercises promote bloody supply specifically to your face and neck. Regular Facercise practice ensures a healthy, natural glow all year long.

Eat Right

Certain foods reduce inflammation and help hydrate the skin so that it maintains radiance. Eat lots of foods with high water content, such as fruits and green vegetables. Include green vegetables in your diet as they help to improve the immune system and decreases stress level in the body. Strive for antioxidant-rich, colorful produce like berries, kiwi, watermelon, oranges, spinach and kale. Nuts like almonds, walnuts and Brazil nuts are rich in healthy fats and do wonders for your skin. Avoid salty foods, which can dehydrate your skin.

Get ready for summer with Facercise, our proprietary system of facial exercises, and our No Lipo Lipo body sculpting system.

5 Ways to Stimulate Collagen

facial exercisesCollagen is essential for youthful skin. It’s a naturally occurring protein that provides cellular structure and is responsible for skin elasticity, firmness and plumpness. Factors like aging, UV rays and environmental stressors break collagen down and slows its production. By age 20, our collagen stores deplete at a faster rate, leading to wrinkles and sagging skin.

Here are easy ways to stimulate collagen production.

1. Avoid Smoking

Smoking is collagen’s worst enemy. It restricts circulation and strips away our collagen supply, leaving dull, dry, wrinkled skin it its wake. This is especially visible in the skin around the nasolabial folds, lips and eyes. Avoid smoking altogether!

2. Eat Right

A diet filled with lean protein and antioxidant-rich produce boosts collagen production. Studies show that vitamin C and minerals like copper, zinc and sulphur increases collagen supplies. Vitamin C has also been shown to reduce and protect against sun and free radical damage that breaks this protein down. Some excellent foods that aid in collagen formation include chicken, bone broth, shellfish, fish, eggs, garlic, citrus, berries, tomatoes, leafy greens, beans and bell peppers. Nuts including cashews, almonds, Brazil nuts, walnuts and peanut are great sources of sulphur.

3. Cut Down on Sugar

Studies show that refined sugars and simple carbs cause inflammation and deplete collagen supplies. Sugars attach to collagen fibers permanently, weighing them down and hindering flexibility.

4. Facercise

Facial exercise boosts circulation and collagen production. It strengthens the synergistic muscles of the face and neck and helps define and contour. A regular practice firms and tightens skin to give the face a more lifted appearance.

5. Facial Massage

Facial massages stimulate lymphatic drainage to help detox skin, while bolstering collagen production. By engaging in this type of self-care, you will reduce stress that causes wrinkles and inflammation.

Facercise is a revolutionary anti-aging facial exercise program that will change your life.

5 Ways to Get Your Summer Body

body sculpting systemSwimsuit season is right around the corner. No matter our age, we all want to feel more comfortable in our skin—especially in warmer weather. While some of my clients dread the thought of getting summer-ready, it’s actually easier than you think and can be enjoyable. All the steps I follow, including my world famous No Lipo Lipo body sculpting method, promote a good mood while helping to tone and trim up the bod! The results are a more youthful, fit appearance that bolsters confidence like nothing else.

Read on for five of my favorite body sculpting methods. If you practice them consistently, you’ll experience changed in just a few weeks.

1. Start Dry Brushing

Dry brushing exfoliates dry skin, which makes skin appear firmer and smoother while imparting a healthy glow. It boosts circulation and stimulates the lymphatic system, which is responsible for flushing the toxins from your system. Use one of my Sisal Louffas from Germany for best results.

2. Cut Carbs After 5 PM

Reducing complex carbs in general is a great way to lose weight. I aim to eliminate all carb intake from 5 pm. This helps to keep your blood sugar levels regulated so you don’t experience those spikes and crashes that lead to overeating. I’ve found cutting carbs after 5 pm really bolsters results from dry brushing and No Lipo Lipo.

3. Work it Out

There is no better time than now to start working out! Exercise is an obvious key to a leaner, more fit you. Start out slow but try to workout at least 3-4 times a week at first. If you’re already exercising regularly, strive to increase the intensity, duration and number of times per week. For best results, do a mix of resistance, flexibility and cardio training.

4. Lean Out With Protein

Eating lean protein is essential for weight loss and toning. It helps build lean muscle mass, which burns more calories and improves muscle tone. Lean protein also satiates hunger and promotes healthy digestion. Some excellent sources include eggs, poultry, salmon, shrimp, quinoa, tofu, and legumes.

5. Use the No Lipo Lipo Body Sculpting Technique

No Lipo Lipo is our proprietary knuckle-style massage technique that has revolutionized body sculpting. It’s completely safe, non-invasive and can be done in the comfort of your own home with the No Lipo Lipo DVD or by streaming it on Amazon. The No Lipo Lipo body sculpting method breaks down fatty tissue, stimulates the lymphatic system and boosts circulation to help you lose inches all over your body. If you are in the Los Angeles area, you can have this body sculpting technique performed on you at our spa or you can use a licensed practitioner in your area. The average inches lost in-spa is 15 inches in 5 weeks!

3 Ways Facercise Can Improve Ozempic Face

Ozempic faceIf you’ve been using Ozempic or other GLP-1 medications like Wegovy or Mounjaro for weight loss, you may have heard the term Ozempic Face. It’s a real phenomenon where rapid weight loss—especially in the face—can lead to a gaunt, hollow, or prematurely aged appearance. While Ozempic works wonders for shedding pounds, the loss of facial fat and volume can leave you feeling less than thrilled when you look in the mirror.

The good news is—there are ways to bring vitality back to your face naturally. One of the best tools is Facercise. Facial exercises are like resistance training for your face and can help offset the loss of tone caused by weight loss medications.

Here are three powerful ways facial exercises can help restore fullness and lift and Ozempic-weary face.

1. Tones and Strengthens Facial Muscles

Your face and neck have over 57 synergistic muscles that benefit from targeted movement. When you lose weight rapidly, fat volume decreases faster than your skin can adapt, making muscles beneath more visible and leaving the skin to sag or appear deflated. Facial exercises work by increasing muscle tone and definition under the skin and restoring structural support where volume has been lost. They also create a natural plumping effect in areas like the cheeks, jawline, and temples.

2. Boosts Blood Flow & Collagen Production

Healthy circulation is essential for a radiant, youthful appearance. Facial exercises encourage increased blood flow to the skin, which helps stimulate natural collagen and elastin production, which are two key ingredients for skin firmness and bounce. Facercise also improves nutrient delivery and skin healing, while restoring a vibrant, glowy complexion that may have dulled from rapid fat loss.

3. Improves Skin Elasticity and Contour

Skin elasticity takes a hit when facial fat is lost quickly. Combined with aging, this can lead to jowls, hollow cheeks, and drooping eyelids. Regular Facercise help retrain the skin to “hug” the muscle structure again, lifts sagging areas, redefines your natural contours, smooths fine lines and slows the appearance of further aging.

Ozempic Face doesn’t have to be a permanent trade-off for weight loss. With a few minutes of facial exercise each day, you can rebuild a youthful, sculpted look—no needles or fillers required. The key is consistency! With time and regular practice, you’ll look look more refreshed and feel more confident with your radiant, younger looking face. PRO TIP:  Combine facial exercises with hydration, facial massage, red light therapy, and a collagen-rich diet for best results.
