Hi Carole, I wanted to tell you that your nose exercise is just amazing. I was born with a ‘perfect’ nose or so I concluded and performed the exercise just for the heck of it. I didn’t realize my nose was looking longer as I’ve aged, until I saw the effect of the exercise! In a few months of being more dedicated, I will write you again and let you know how I am looking. The programme is really awesome.
Hi Carole, A huge thank you from another one of the thousands of women you have encouraged to feel better about themselves. I purchased the Ultimate Facercise DVD last year and have noticed considerable positive change in my features. Two years ago, I had liposuction to eliminate quite prominent yawls. The result was fairly satisfactory, except that there were now small yawls followed by a bluish coloured dent (I assume as results of there being too much fat removed.) Thanks to the facial exercises, the small yawls have lifted and the dents are now much less prominent. What I appreciate most about you most of all is your honesty in a day and age where so many false promises are made. I have now ordered the No Lipo Lipo DVD. Thank you so much. Hi Carole. My name is Tao and today completes two weeks that I have been doing Facercise. I know you must hear from a lot of people, but I am very surprised by my results. My face changed a lot! When I look in the mirror it seems that I am another person. I am so happy with the results and people around me are surprised too. Carole, in two weeks doing the Facercises, I noticed that all of the wrinkles have gone, eyes puffiness, hollows under my eyes, my mouth corners have lifted up and my cheeks are high, so all that sad look has gone and every day I can see a change! Hi Carole, I have combination skin, and over the years, I have spent thousands of dollars on every brand of skincare imaginable without any success. Nothing seemed to work for me. I read some information about Facercise and your skincare products online, and I thought what do I have to lose by trying your products? I started using your products about a year ago and I have noticed a big improvement in my skin. No matter what other products I used, I always had blackheads. You suggested that I purchase the Face Lift to Go and after using this product I noticed a big improvement in my skin. I still had some blackheads and you suggested using the Face Lift to go every 10 days and using just the exfoliator (from the Face Lift to Go Kit) every 5 days. I now use just the exfoliator on day 5 and 5 days later I do the complete Face Lift To Go. My blackheads are completely gone thanks to you. I greatly appreciate all you have done for me!
Dear Carole, I wanted to thank you for your DVD which I have now been working on for two weeks. I am not new to facial exercises. I had bought the Eva Fraser book about ten years ago and found it made a good difference and then about five years ago I bought a facial flex which has been good for my facial muscles -I think- but had left two areas of concern. My neck or rather chin is the most troubling as the facial flex had built up unevenness in my chin because I think of an uneven strength in the muscles on one side. The result was an ugly strengthening and indentation on one side of the throat and two prominent muscle lines, like parallel tracks on my neck below the chin. But within the time I have been doing your exercise, that has already started to even out. I think your two neck and chin exercises are amazingly effective, thank-you. The other area the facial flex was not having much effect on was the under eye area and again I can see an immediate difference in eye socket and under eye strengthening that lifts my face dramatically. At first I found your pulsing actions strange but now I feel astounded by how well they work. I can really feel my face exercised and relaxed after a session and feel very excited about the improvements in such a short time. I shall shortly order your second DVD and am also interested in your No Lipo Lipo program. I think your work is a wonderful achievement, the whole experience of aging becomes less painful, more challenging…to defy gravity is quite powerfully uplifting. Many thanks and best wishes.
Dearest Carole, What a great session I had with you last month! I am still stunned at the difference in my face after one lesson at your spa. I am so glad I finally booked the class; I had wanted to do it for so long. I cannot believe you are really 65 ~ you look amazing! As you know, my biggest concern was my double chin and sagging jawline. Well, the neck and chin lift exercise has virtually firmed and toned that entire area. Now when I look at myself from the side in the mirror, that double chin has almost completely disappeared and my jaw is firm and the jowls are history! I hope to implement all of the things we spoke about, and again, I hope to return for that No Lipo Lipo session soon! My thighs will thank me!
Hi Carole, I never realized what I was missing until I started using your amazing skincare line. I have very dry skin and just started reading about how skincare oils are becoming more and more popular. Since you had the E oil on special last month, I decided to purchase two ~ one for my No Lipo Lipo routine and one for my face. I use it to remove my makeup and have noticed it is made a huge difference in the appearance of the skin around my eyes and restored a new glow that I did not have prior to using this product. Dearest Carole, My wedding is a month away and I was so worried about being able to fit into my gown, even more worried about fitting into that little string bikini for the honeymoon. You see, after being engaged for over 2 years, my fiancée and I have become comfortable with each other and I have kind of been letting it go, overeating and not exercising much. Then it hit me like a ton of bricks, I have got to get into that little bikini. A friend told me about your No Lipo Lipo system so I ordered your DVD and have been practicing the program for about 3 weeks. OMG! My body has literally changed ~ dramatically! I would like to sing the praises of two of the most recent products I have tried in your skin care line ~ Face Lift To Go and Body Lift. I tried the Facelift To Go first and was amazed at the complete transformation my skin took with this product. I couldn’t pass a mirror without glancing in. My skin looked refined and lifted, not to mention flawless. I know that continued use of the product is necessary to keep these results but what isn’t after 40! I recently ordered the Body Lift system because I was wanted to aid the No No Lipo results. I used it on my stomach and thighs and was thrilled with the result. My skin looked like it did years ago and it seemed to tighten everything. I had used it four times this way and the last time I had some extra left over and I did my hands……Oh boy I was blown away with the results. My hands look as smooth as they did when I was in my twenties. That is saying a lot with the condition of my hands from the cold winters we have here in Maine. I wish I had a good camera to take before and after pictures because if people saw the results you wouldn’t be able to keep the product in stock. Whatever is in these products is dynamite…I want to take a bath in it! I just wanted to drop you a line. I have your books. A few months ago, I was just doing the Lip Plumper exercise. The impact was so huge my own husband accused me of having lip injections! I am 41 and I have been blessed with really nice skin. I am in the beauty industry and I always get compliments on my appearance from strangers. However, this is why I am emailing you…I have only been doing all the facial exercises for about a week and a half. Yesterday I was at an industry workshop. All day long, I had compliment after compliment about my face. I was really taken aback with this. I personally do not feel 41 is old, but I actually had some women go right up to my face to look at my skin. Last week I took some before photos without make-up. I will be tracking the progress at the 30 day mark. I plan on tracking the progress for a year (I do not impress very easily, but I am that impressed). Thank you for coming out with your books!
