1. Step Up Exfoliation
It’s more important than ever to shed the dead skin cells that clog your pores and dull your skin during wintertime. When there is a buildup of dead skin, moisture cannot penetrate. 2. Lower the Temp

I always tell clients to wear sunscreen every single day, rain or shine. Even when it’s cloudy or snowing, the sun’s UV rays are out to get you (snow actually reflects the sun). Wear sunscreen like you’re heading to the beach on a hot summer day.
4. Quench That Thirst
Keep skin hydrated from the inside and out. Drink lots of water and replenish your skin with lotions and moisturizers. Pay special attention to your hands, which can dry out significantly this time of year. Apply lotion after washing hands and wear protective gloves to do housework, garden and wash dishes.
5. Go Lukewarm
While a hot shower sounds so good during cold weather, it strips essential oils from the skin, leaving it dry and parched. Use lukewarm water whenever you take showers and wash your hands.
6. Dry Brush
