If you did over-indulge a little, we’ve got some great tips that will help you get back to your regimen and stay on track in the weeks ahead. While spending time with family and loved ones is important, so is your health and wellness. So make efforts to take care of yourself so that you look and feel your very best for the rest of the season.
1. Make hydration a priority
Flush your system and fight bloat by drinking water throughout the day. Drink a glass before meals to add volume so that you fill up faster and don’t overeat.
2. Do your facial exercises twice a day
