Dear Carole,
I wanted to thank you for your DVD which I've now been working on for two weeks. I am not new to facial exercises. About five years ago I bought a facial flex which has been good for my facial muscles -I think- but had left two areas of concern. My neck or rather chin is the most troubling as the facial flex had built up an unevenness in my chin because I think of an uneven strength in the muscles on one side. The result was an ugly strengthening and indentation on one side of the throat and two prominent muscle lines, like parallel tracks on my neck below the chin. But within the time I have been doing your exercise that has already started to even out. I think your two neck and chin exercises are amazingly effective, thank-you.
The other area the facial flex was not having much effect on was the under eye area and again I can see an immediate difference in eye socket and under eye strengthening that lifts my face dramatically. At first I found your pulsing actions strange but now I feel astounded by how well they work. I can really feel my face exercised and relaxed after a session and feel very excited about the improvements in such a short time. I shall shortly order your second DVD and am also interested in your no lipo-lipo. I think your work is a wonderful achievement, the whole experience of aging becomes less painful, more challenging...to defy gravity is quite powerfully 'uplifting'.

Have you achieved results that would be difficult or impossible to achieve with diet and
exercise? I find that as I age, even a good diet, low calories, and lots of exercise is sometimes not enough to fix the problem areas.
Absolutely. I was already working out a lot when I started, but to no avail, as my metabolism had slowed down significantly as I got into my
30s. I had areas where the fat just wouldn't’t budge, and was actually considering Liposuction when I heard about No Lipo. Rather than go under
the knife and be able to only target specific areas, I decided to give the natural route a try. The treatments made me lose inches all over
my entire body (rather than just one or two areas, like liposuction) and for the first time in years, I spent last summer wearing a bikini
and confident about it. In addition, the treatments have helped make my skin soft as silk.
Are the results and inch loss temporary, or more permanent?
I think the results are more permanent, unless you eat more than usual and gain weight. I continue to do maintenance once a week, so I can
continue to safely and slowly lose weight. I had a terrible problem my entire life with my stomach being disproportionate to the rest of my
body, and no amount of dieting ever helped. This is the first thing that worked, and I don’t think my stomach will ever come back.
How have the procedures affected your life, other than just appearance-wise? It’s made me so confident and helped me feel and look younger. I
have lost two sizes and am wearing clothes from years past (classics that are still in fashion, of course ;) It really helps me manage my
stress as well, because the treatments become a relaxing treat you give yourself. In addition, the results keep me motivated to work out and
eat as healthy as possible, which is fabulous for my overall health.
Do people you know comment on your appearance? Do you think a lot of this is because the No Lipo Lipo treatment is so effective?
Definitely. I’ve had friends notice and tell me how toned I look (including men!). And it has definitely helped me to lose weight, in a safe
and healthy manner. People have been telling me for months how great I look these days, and I KNOW that my No Lipo treatments have played a
significant role in the changes I have experienced.
